1.5 International Deliveries

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Charmant is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

2. Return Policy


2.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of receipt. Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

  • Unworn and in their original condition.

  • Accompanied by the original packaging, including tags and proof of purchase.

Custom or personalized items, such as engraved jewelry, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at returns@charmant.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.


2.3 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


2.4 Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.


2.5 Return Shipping Costs

  • For domestic returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • For international returns, all shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

4. Damaged or Defective Items
